In these terms, "LumeRadar", "we", "us" and "our" refer to the LumeRadar website and related services. "You" refers to any person who accesses or uses the website.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website. If you use the website on behalf of a company or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.
The website is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use LumeRadar.
2. About LumeRadar
LumeRadar is a watch-listing discovery and research website that helps collectors notice public eBay watch listings by organizing live listing signals such as watch count, bid count, listing age, buying format, end time, seller context, condition, photos and item specifics where available.
LumeRadar is not a marketplace, seller, broker, escrow service, authenticator, valuation service, investment adviser or sold-comps database. We do not own the listings displayed on the website, and we do not control the sellers, buyers, products, payments, shipping, returns or disputes connected with eBay listings.
Any ranking, label, signal, explanation, warning or score shown by LumeRadar is informational only. You are responsible for checking the listing, seller, photos, description, condition, authenticity, price, shipping terms, return policy and any applicable taxes or customs before buying.
3. Requirements for use and restrictions
You agree to use LumeRadar lawfully, responsibly and only for its intended purpose. You agree that you will not:
- use the website for illegal, deceptive, harmful or abusive activity;
- attempt to interfere with the website, hosting, database, API calls, security systems or normal operation;
- scrape, copy, harvest, download or republish website data at scale without our written permission;
- use automated systems in a way that sends more requests than a person could reasonably make with a normal browser;
- reverse engineer, modify, copy or create derivative services from the website software or design;

4. eBay, sellers and third-party services
LumeRadar uses public eBay listing data and links to eBay listings. eBay listings, seller information, product images, prices, bids, watch counts, shipping details, returns, availability and other listing details may change, become unavailable or contain errors.
When you click through to eBay, you leave LumeRadar and interact with eBay and the relevant seller under their own terms and policies. You should review the eBay User Agreement, eBay policies and the seller's listing terms before buying.
LumeRadar may also use or link to third-party services such as Tally, hosting providers, analytics, infrastructure tools or affiliate programs. We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, content, policies, availability or practices.
5. Content, listing data and intellectual property
The LumeRadar name, logo, interface, scoring explanations, layout, code, text and other original website elements are owned by us or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Third-party content, including eBay listing titles, listing data, images, seller information, eBay names, eBay marks and other third-party material, belongs to its respective owners. LumeRadar does not claim ownership of eBay listings or seller images.
You may use the website for personal watch research. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, license, redistribute or build a competing product from LumeRadar content or data without our written permission, except where allowed by law.
6. Feedback and messages
If you send us feedback, suggestions, listing reports, ideas or other messages, you grant us permission to use that input to improve, operate and develop LumeRadar without compensation or obligation to you.
You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of anything you send to us. Do not send confidential, unlawful, infringing, offensive or sensitive information unless it is necessary for your request.
7. Affiliate disclosure
Some outbound eBay links may include affiliate parameters. LumeRadar may earn a commission from qualifying purchases or other qualifying activity after you click those links. This does not change the price shown to you by LumeRadar.
Affiliate relationships do not guarantee that a listing is safe, authentic, fairly priced or recommended for purchase. The final buying decision is yours.
8. Changes, availability and accuracy
We may modify, suspend, withdraw, update or discontinue any part of LumeRadar at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free operation.
We try to present useful listing information, but live marketplace data can be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate or unavailable. A listing may be sold, ended, revised, removed or changed by the time you view it on eBay.
9. Copyright and rights complaints
If you believe content on LumeRadar infringes your copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights, please contact us through the Contact page with enough information to identify the material and your concern.
If your concern relates to content hosted by eBay or displayed on an eBay listing, you may also need to use eBay's own reporting and rights processes because LumeRadar cannot remove content from eBay itself.
10. No warranties
LumeRadar is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability and security.
We do not warrant that any listing is authentic, fairly priced, correctly described, available, safe to purchase or suitable for investment. Nothing on LumeRadar should be treated as professional, financial, legal, tax, valuation or authentication advice.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LumeRadar will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, opportunities or business, arising from your use of or inability to use the website.
We are not responsible for purchases, sales, payments, shipping, customs, returns, disputes, authenticity issues, seller conduct, buyer conduct or marketplace outcomes involving eBay or any third party. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold LumeRadar harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses arising from your use of the website, your violation of these terms, your violation of law or your infringement of third-party rights.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of LumeRadar after updated terms are posted means you accept the updated terms.
14. Governing law and local rights
